Update
Airbridge will be performing network maintenance on January 25th, 2021 from 22:00 KST to 04:00 KST for all customers. This maintenance is due to reinforcing the security of our network, it may affect the processing of several reports as below:
- Actuals - Trend - Reinstall - Active Users - Lag Time - Raw data export preview (only for preview page) - Realtime Logs
During the maintenance work, it takes a longer time than usual and sometimes you may see the error page in the dashboard.
In this case, we recommend you use 'Raw Data Export' so that you can get all the data that you want to see without any time-delay and errors.
